Criteria Labs

Criteria Labs was spun out of Ross Technology (major investors were Fujitsu and Cypress Semiconductor) in 1998 to focus exclusively on providing back end semiconductor services. Today, we employ over 79 professionals in two locations. Our 40,000 square foot Austin, Texas facility has 6,000 sq. ft. of clean room, 8,000 sq. ft. of raised test floor and provides Test Engineering Development, TEST, package assembly, device qualification, reliability testing, failure analysis and tape & reel services. Our 15, 000 square foot Penrose, Colorado facility is the largest dedicated tape and reel facility in the USA Our goal is to be the #1 Semiconductor Services and engineering company in North America. Criteria Labs can provide complete product engineering service for our Fabless customers.
