The Ultra Enterprise 10,000, also known as the Starfire, is the most powerful commercially available SPARC based computer. At launch time (Q1 97) it shattered the Transaction Performance Council Benchmark D (TPC-D) records, being the first server from any vendor to surpass 2,000 on the TPC-D 300G bytes (SF300) benchmark.
